I just wanted to let you know that Marissa went the extra mile for me today and I greatly appreciate that.
I had spilled a coffee on the driver’s seat upholstery and had blotted it up but sadly it left a coffee stain on the gray material. I asked Marissa what I could use on the seat to clean it. Marissa went back to get the information for me. When my car was ready I found that she not only got me the information, she also had the area cleaned too. I’m so grateful!
