JD didn’t check out my Warranty on my Certified vehicle. I wasn’t supposed to pay for the oil change but I had to.
The time before that when I had a problem with my hatch back, he didn’t leave me a message that I wouldn’t get my vehicle that day because the part had to be ordered. When he didn’t get me on 3/23/21 he could have left me a message out of courtesy.
