JD was fine, I came in for oil and brake service. Brake hade screeching sound when in reverse. They turned and replaced pads in front. was told backs would be ok till next service. get home and back in driveway and same thing. Called service and lady answered which seemed clueless took my name and # for service manager to call me because I wanted to bring back next do to possibly get rear brakes done. Still no call 2 days later. Sometimes my time is more important than the $$$.

I am appreciative that the technician vaguely/blindly addressed the head liner. I informed the service writer specifically where the noise was originating and that the issue only occurs at highway speeds. I am concerned and frustrated that I conveyed the needle bearing issue was present prior to tires and lift being installed, and present between 45-55mph. Per the TSB, the issue goes away when in 4WD. The vehicle only had less than 2 miles of road diagnostics while in your possession. Given where your dealership is situated on Rt 13, I am struggling to understand where and when those speeds were sustained to duplicate customer concerns. Additionally the drive line angle as a result of suspension lift mentioned in technician’s comments is in fact within Toyota spec limits. Additionally the suspension components used are sold by Newark Toyota. I wish you would have told me that you weren’t going to attempt earnest diagnostics. I am a mechanical engineer, I work at the University of Delaware. I brought it to you after I was certain of the issues. Your front-end customer service was excellent and appreciated. I gave you a full satisfaction score because I don’t feel like a back and forth with lip service. At the end of the day, I’m not coming to you for hand holding, I’m seeking actual technical resolution. I’ll try to find a different dealership to work with for the life of this vehicle.

I had booked my appointment online and specifically wrote that I needed the fuel pump replaced due to recall. I got there and was told they had to order it and it would be next week. I also had booked an oil change so they did that but now I have to make a SECOND trip for the fuel pump. I'm a nurse and very busy so I am annoyed!!

I was completely surprised at the service when I arrived and when I left. Matt was great. I wasn't in any hurry to get my Toyota Tacoma back. Told them what had to be done, just call me when it's ready to pick up. Went back to see Nancy who was very pleasant, had a rental for me. Great Service!

Did not wipe down the rim and tires.

Mr. Redden was very cordial and professional. When I realized that I had forgotten to ask for a particular small service, Mr. Redden was very accommodating.

Our avalon only knows one place to go for service. When it needs attention, it heads straight for Price Auto.
