I asked 2 employees how they are sanitizing the vehicles and neither one could answer my question. I brought in my vehicle for an oil change. I stated that I wanted an oil change. When I came to pick it up and they hadn't changed the oil they told me that it wasn't ready for an oil change yet. I said I didn't care that you didn't think it wasn't ready for one I wanted one anyway. I had to come back a second time the next day. When I bought the vehicle I was told that rental cars were included free when I dropped off for service yet now they only offer lift?
