The staff is always great and they worked hard to find me discounts and keep me under my cost limit... all of which I greatly appreciate. But the dealership is way too lax in following COVID-19 safety policies. The guy who took my key when I dropped off was not wearing gloves. The guy who then drove my car out of the drop off area was wearing neither a mask nor gloves. Plus I saw other people walking around without masks until they approached customers. It's good that everyone is careful about face-to-face interactions, but what about the possibility of the virus getting into the air at other times when you're not directly in front of someone? When I returned to pick up, I was handed paperwork and a non-sterilized pen to sign it by someone without gloves. And the cashier was uncharacteristically slow for some reason and left me waiting inside the building in line to pay for almost 25 minutes... which is the opposite of what you are trying to do. You should be moving extra quickly. The fewer people inside for long periods of time, the safer for everyone. Also, when the key was returned, it was in a plastic bag with a note to show how it was kept from being touched. But it had the little beige number tag on it and that was inside the bag... so it was clearly still touched. I work in the medical industry and have to take excessive precautions all day every day... I know what a hassle they can be. But they are necessary to stop the spread of the virus. I have been using Price exclusively for all my car repairs and will continue to do so, but I will think twice about coming back in until after the pandemic is over.
