Seem like almost every time I bring my car in for service. I always have to bring it back the next day for something they over looked . One time they didn’t put air in my tires. The pressure was low. They forgot. Had to bring it back. And I Only Be coming in for oil change most of the time because the car been running good but they find other things that’s wrong with it and we have three Toyotas. And this last visit they just did a oil change and I had to bring it back because my car was not driving the same I know my car I don’t know what they did or what was loose but it was making some type of noise or it was rough driving. It’s in the notes if you look. Well when I get the car back just the other day I didn’t hear that same sound so I have no idea what he or she did to stop that. My car is too old for them to be finding problems And telling me I need repairs it’s not worth putting into it. I also came back another time before but I can’t remember what that one was for. And when you call for service you don’t know who you gonna get they tell you to bring the car back in I’ll be here and will take care of it. Well I get back in there the person I spoke with wasn’t even in that shop . And of course the lady had to put the notes in once again and record what my issues I didn’t like that . that’s like giving you the runaround. I told the lady I was not paying for a diagnostic test and she said since I just had it there the day before there will be no fee . that was a plus. Thank you
