We have been to other Toyota dealerships and they vacuum and wash our vehicles. The van was dirtier than when we took it in. Very disappointed. Your volume must be too high if your customer service lacks.

My car eas eligible for the SSC-P01 open recall.Expansion valve was supposed to be replaced,due to a manufacturing defect.Apparently,since mine isn't leaking,and the system has refrigerant,mine wasnt replaced.Also,now my car is listed as having recall done.Thanks alot.I'll never be back. Darren J

I was satisfied with my service and Jason was wonderful taking care of the problem but once again some service people in the area where you drive in were not wearing masks or had them below their nose. This is unacceptable and apparently hasn’t changed from the last time I was there.
