I asked about using a coupon when I set up the appointment and I was told to use it there. While waiting in the waiting room, I received an important message as my name was called because my car was ready. With the distraction, I forgot to mention my coupon that was emailed to me. I would like to know if I may use it still. In the future, I think it would be considerate if customers had the option to add the coupons to their account to be used at their next service. I would like for someone to respond to my request please.
