We made an appt for 1 pm on 7/3/20. We had submitted on line the VIN nos. of 2 cars we wanted to trade in on one new car. We also chose the car we wanted on line. We waited 1 hour and 15 minutes before we even saw the new car. Then waited another 1 hour and 30 minutes before the appraisals of our two trade in cars was completed. We were there 3 hours and 15 minutes needlessly. This should have only taken 30-45 minutes. Why make an appt if you can't service the customer. If this was not a good time, we should have been notified. We could have come back at a different time. This was the worst experience we have ever had in buying a new car. And there was no financing. We paid by check.

A Splendid Job by Jeff and his crew. The Highlander need that extra TCL yesterday due to the mileage. A Rear Brake Job was performed, Taillights bulbs replaced and a few other things.
