Would have likes to lnow it was gonna take so long. I only had it checked over. Nothing was serviced, didnt even need to add any fluids and it took almost 2 hours. When i called after 1.5 hours, they couldnt give me any info even on when i d be called. Very frustrating

Service experience was great. Unfortunately the service tech who replaced the battery in my key fob didn't fully snap it shut. It flew open later in the day. Mechanism and key covers flew everywhere. I did manage to re-assemble it myself, but this tiny detail could have been better.

I dropped my car for service 10am and pick up my car around 4:30, and next day I’ve received message from price Toyota that said I need to bring my car back for maintenance reason, so I called them ask what happened and she told me they forgot to reset something, after all that wait my service wasn’t completed perfect.

Place is a joke I had several problems sence i posted a review a couple months ago from a garage door being closed on my van to them loosing my remote start control and my wife's work keys I have kept my mouth quite and had Charlie taking care of everything for me today i go in and yet again I get **** so i flip my **** yes after everything i flipped my **** so got kicked out im monger aloud to go there and one of them said they was going to call my work place and say sone **** there then i get a phone call fron I guess head manager he doesn't even care on why i flipped just said im no longer welcomed there and won't even honor my detail that they owe me or my tire rotations that theu also owe what a **** show the service department is
