No I wasn’t completely satisfied because they didn’t find my problem. But understand why they said what they said. It could appear to be what they said. Because they don’t know my vehicle. This problem went from a front end noise to a vibration. I guess I need to give it more time to develop.

I had an appointment for 12:30pm. When I got there you was on lunch which is ok because I was 30 minutes early. I waited 3 hours for my service and not once did you come and say hello, thank you nothing. I been coming to this location for a long time and Eric was my provider he was great to the start and to the end. I just feel if a customer take time to make an appointment for a certain person they could at least acknowledge them.
