I had to go back to the dealership twice because Jonathan insisted that I didn’t need to have an oil change but it has been a year since the oil was changed. Customer Service and a service manager had to be involved.

The service advisor bryan did not give me a good explanation of my car wiper problem. He seemed like acting an owner of the shop when he talk to me. He's not approachable service advisor for me. Had 2 cars serviced. Spent over $500. Insurance paid $3000. Cars were fixed but expected at least a car wash for the amount spent. Then I received a text at 7am on Sunday for a survey. Not cool. Left a poor lasting impression.

I’m still concern about the metal popping noise after I turn off the car. My car wasn't doing this the first 10months. It started making this noise just this past couple of months.
