the attention is good. but I think they should have reviewed my vehicle in a little more detail to find what is apparently not right. And they did not compose the only thing they found, they limited themselves to saying that this model came out with that detail.but they are friendly..

I arrived at 1:45, lady at the first podium was rude and curt! Upon exiting my vehicle, I neglected to leave the car key, after realizing this, I handed the key at approximately 2:20, I did not leave there until close to 4:30, most horrible experience I’ve encounter at the Carson Toyota Dealership. People have forgotten customer service skills. To the girls at the Cashier, I told one I was going to be outside and she said we don’t call for you outside, you’ll have to stay inside.... she didn’t bother to tell me that I would receive a text. Customer service skills is rated NEGATIVE 7!!
