The service was excellent but with only problem, nobody called me that the service was done not like other Toyota service centers that they call you if the work is done. I waited for mot than two hours and I approached the cashier to inquire the status of my a Car and I found out it was done. Toyota Glendale always give a good service. Mr Andrew was a good service rep. He followed up my ride but he never call back that my car was done.

I was expecting the service advisor to explain me by the end of the service,what was performed on my car,but, she never did that. The service in DCH Torrance Toyota, is a lot better than Carson Toyota.

I came in to see why the alarm in our 1999 Avalon kept going off on it's own with no reason. Jim had the team run the diagnostics and in the end, found a leaky battery was the reason. While there with Jim I asked about a few parts for the seatbelts and the lever that adjusts the seat. As the car is older, parts are not readily available nationwide, so Jim searched for the two parts and was able to find both parts. For one of them, there were only 4 nationwide. We purchased the car two years ago with on 90,000 miles on it and it now still has only 117,000 miles recordded. Jim is assisting us to keep it running in great condition! I really appreciate his care and assistance.

Wait time is way to long. I had an appointment at 7:30am, it took them over an hour to finish the oil change. If It wasn’t for the free oil changes I would rather do them myself. It takes about fifteen to twenty minutes max.

There wasn’t any pressure from Bryan. As an advisor, my vehicle’s needs were explained straightforward w/ the pros & cons of handling now or later. During this COVID-19 season, I’m driving less yet Bryan “tactfully” & respectively suggested that I keep an eye on the dealer recommended service intervals (I missed one interval because I had not reached the mileage “on the windshield sticker after my previous service). What I thought would be service where by I could wait turned out “uh uh”. Bryan arranged for the shuttle to take me home.
