I honestly don’t see a point to having a service advisor. They don’t advise or go over any work done before paying for the service. I sometimes don’t know what I’m paying for.
Having a station for Checking in for service and checking out would suffice.
But then again I have transitioned over from being serviced at Honda when I owned a Honda, and they have great customer service from their advisors. So I guess I’m spoiled? Anyway, service from your advisors, makes me miss Honda service and from maintenance service alone, I am considering going back to Honda.
