We dropped our car off and we drive out to Carson which is not close and have to drive back to pick our car up without our car being repaired of its recall with backseat seatbelt issue. Your mechanics broke the part while fixing problem now we will have to do this all over again. That’s all day wasted without car and 2 round trips of driving for nothing. Very inconvenient and you offered nothing for inconvenience

I am highly disappointed in Carson Toyota. Not only was I let down by the service writer, I was also let down by the service writer manager and General Manager. My first 3 cars where Toyota and I will continue to buy Toyota's but never from Carson Toyota. I was highly let down when my brand new 2020 Toyota Corolla SE had to be towed in a week and 6 days after purchasing it. When I bought the car it only has 4 miles on it. I was informed by the service writer that my repairs may not be covered as it may not be a warranty issue and when I asked for a rental car I was denied three times. I would of happily waited for my car to be serviced, but I was first told it would be serviced at 3pm then when I asked for a rental car i was then told it wouldn't be able to be looked at till the next day. I had to come out of pocket to pay for a rental car instead of driving my own car on my vacation that I went on. And while I was driving to my vacation location I was called and informed that my car was ready. I had just arrived to where I was going. Not only was I lied to by the service writer I was given poor customer service. The only person who wanted to help me and I am grateful towards is the sales rep Matt. But even when I voiced my opinions to the general manager he did not care. He couldn't even take five minutes away from his busy schedule to take his eyes off his phone and look me in the eyes. I am young enough to be his daughter. Just think that I was so happy to by my car and so happy to support a family buisness that has been in Carsom for years. But after my experience I will never return. I will go else where to service my car amd purchase a replacement car. I understand customer service, being in the managers position and I also understand how the manufactures warranties work. And I was let down big time with customer service. I would never let my customers go unsatisfied and unhappy and I would never pay more attention to my phone like the general manager than to an angry and upset customer. I hope this gets across to someone in the higher ups to how much I was let down by everyone in the position to help me but they didn't care and didn't want to. I know Covod-19 has stressed allot of us out i know because I've been non stop working since this pandemic has happened. I have employees who have not stopped working, including myself to help customers in their time of need. But i was not given that same help I so graciously give to my customers. I could of been given a rent a car and went to work on my day off that I was supposed to be on vacation on and waited for my car if I was informed correctly of when my car would be ready. But I was lied to over and over again.
