The passenger side front seat had what appeared to be a noticeable oil stain. I was the one who noticed it and had to point it out to the service manager when I was picking up the car and ready to drive away. The service manager apologized for the incident and had the car seat cleaned. I am waiting to see if the stain has completely cleared after the chemical applied wears off.

Today I took my car in today for a schedule service 10am. I was also there because corporate instructed me to take my car in to get some picture taken of my car paint due to a re- call issue claim number ****-****-xxxx . Those pictures were to be taken and submitted to corporate . However when I advice the service person about it they said no one was available until 4:00pm to take the pictures. This is not the first time that I have inquired about this issue with the service dept .
