Jim was good I was happy with his work, it’s just I keep have ing to come back every 3-4 weeks and it’s expensive. Also the first time I brought my car in for service things were ok but the second time I brought my car in after the repair the maintenance required light was on again. Then it’s last time I get my car back and the maintenance light is still on. It’s very frustrating to keep coming back for more problems.

Carson Toyota is a very efficient, wellrun operation. I was done in less than and hour. The only minor issue I had was that two of my tire valves were missing at the conclusion of my tire rotation. Fortunately, I had some extra ones.

While Jonathon was great to work with, i pointed out that i had no working tail lights. He brought the mechanic out who said it was my after market tail lights and to put my oem lights back in. When i returned home, i did that and still have no functioning tail lights. I checked all fuses and bulbs and still no lights. I left msg for Jonathon and have not heard back. I understand the reluctance with aftermarket lights- but neither oem or aftermarket lites work - this the problem has not been resolved.
