I have to take extreme steps to get updates on my car, the problem still isn't solved, car is still pulling to the right, I feel like I was sold a lemon.

I noticed today that my vehicle tend to turn to the right while driving in a straight road. I had a bad experience on my previous service on my Tacoma ,After my truck was serviced it smelled so bad ,the technician had left. I shampooed the drivers seat five times before the smell disapeared .I as told by service manager to bring the truck back but I didn't have time that day ,I went to have my Tacoma serviced today But Carlos was not there ..
