With appointment I had to wait 5 hours for the advisor to tell me i had to return on the weekdays. I returned a second today and what went wrong was that that the advisor ignored the two text messages i sent when they previously had text if i had any questions or concerns. I had to reach out to management to get any information on my car at 4:20. I was literally stuck at work site for about 40 minutes. I know we all get busy but you can’t ignore a client in limbo. A verbal apology doesn’t always worry when unnecessary stress is involved.

I went in for an oil change and after waiting I found out I didn’t even get an oil change, just a tire rotation.
I also asked that a high beam issue be resolved and I did not get any feedback, I had to ask about it and was told “it’s all good”. Not sure if it was resolved.
The there was scotch tape all over my key fob that I had to pick off.
Total waste of time.
