Five stars to Jonathan Perez and the team at Carson Toyota. Hats off to Jonathan and his professionalism, he really took the time to explain what was going to be done and if he didn’t know the answer he would he knew who did. I almost took the service elsewhere due to a slightly better price but because of Jonathan’s thoroughness I was reminded of the importance of having it done at a certified Toyota dealer.
