I have no idea who Tracy is. She is not the one who helped me. I believe someone named Jaime did? I presented the email for my free car wash, and my car wasn’t washed. I was told my car didn’t need an oil change yet. I took my car in because I was told I needed to take it every 6 months. My paperwork says my mileage was at approx 9200? My car was at 13091 miles. I don’t even know what they did to my car that I waited for an hour and a half. All of my paper work says Tracy, but I had no contact with her.
