About 1.5 hours after finishing my service I recieved an email from Fred Beans offering 25% off service between now and June 30th. Considering i just spent almost $300 in service today this would have saved me ~$75 if offered at the time I recieved my service rather than after. Since I've been coming to Fred **** for all the service for my truck, I find this in poor taste especially if Cory or others in the service department knew about this discount but didn't offer it at the time.

I have been using Feed Beans for years with all of my vehicles. I even convinced my parents to leave LB Smith to come over and have their vehicle taken care of my you. I purchased a new vehicle from your team in January of 2019. I have only 10,000 miles on the vehicle, it is garage kept and I have kept it in excellent condition. Anyway I received notice about an important recall for my vehicle and I was only 400 miles away from needing my oil changed and tires rotated etc so I decided since I would have the vehicle with you yesterday that I would go ahead and have that service performed. Marty gave me a ride back to the shop and he’s a wonderful employee by the way. I had paid using your online feature which was convenient and so I got my keys and paperwork and headed out for my car. I hadn’t asked where it was but there were several vehicles that looked freshly washed lined up out in front of the entrance. I began looking for mine and saw what I thought was mine at first but then I saw a scratch and dent on the front so I kept walking thinking that it wasn’t mine. Low and behold I clicked my key fob and sure enough to my dismay that was my car. I was so upset and I immediately went in to get Scott (I believe that’s his name). He came out and took pictures and said that either his recon or body shop would fix it. It looks like something may have dropped and hit the car. I have not received a call about this and it is 2pm on Wed. I’m hoping to get this resolved ASAP because this has me very upset. Thank you so much and I hope we can retain our good relationship going forward.
