The service advisor needs to do a better job of keeping in contact with the clients. I attempted several times to call my service advisor and left both voicemail and email. Finally after 5 o'clock I called Fred beans, West Chester to see if my vehicle was ready for pickup. This was necessary because my service advisor had not called me before leaving work to give me a status on my vehicle. The gentlewoman at Fred beans, West Chester contacted my service advisor and called me back promptly to inform me that Fred beans, West Chester was still waiting for parts to complete my vehicle service. I do not understand why the service advisor could not have informed me of this during the day and at the very least, before leaving work for the day. As you know most of your clients depend on their vehicles for their daily living. Please address this with your service writers and please have them stop using email to connect with your clients. I make this request about the emails because they are never informative, never give you the status of the vehicle. Never give you the price of the repair and never tell you when the vehicle will be ready for pickup. It is also necessary for the emails to be timely. Both times I received an email at approximately 11 o'clock in the morning including the day the service advisor left without telling me the status of the work, or the cost to repair my vehicle.

Fred Beans at Westchester best service center ever. When I call for an appointment, they were able to give me a very early quick appointment for a Wednesday. Unfortunately, I had a window problem. They move me up to the very first Saturday. . When I called and spoke to Patty and Kim they worked with the team and got Parts involved Dave. The manager has always been there for me. Pink return my calls and made sure that a possible window regulator for the left front door. Maybe need it. He pre-ordered it and make sure parts were available. . When I spoke to Jay. The service advisor with his high expertise and experience applied and put everything into work. For my vehicles repairs to be seamless that day. . Donnie excellent technician As a certified check myself. I have to tell you that when I bring my vehicle in with him and Kevin on it. I don't even have to go over the work. It's done as if I did it myself. They are true professionals. Thank you all. Jack Enright made a visit multiple times to the service lounge area making sure clients were comfortable and happy with their services. He keeps the team together with the highest professionalism in the business today. On Parallel to what I've seen in this service area. Of this business. They do a fabulous job. I recommend to buy a vehicle and service there. .

everyone at Fred **** should know I would like my car fixed appropriately and stop being put in the middle of a problem that someone could fix and just chooses not to with No added Cost to the client which would be ME!!! I brought my car in working although there were flaws with my system but it worked. Now I have no touch system, no radio, no car charger and no display. Just getting the run around from FORD, then having thrown back in my face it didn’t work appropriately anyway it was a pre-existing issue. With that said the touch screen worked, the radio worked and the display and car charger worked and well as my blue tooth and now I have NOTHING. If you would like me to be satisfied. Get approval from Ford and put the appropriate equipment/software back in my car so my touchscreen comes back to it original use. Kindest regard AMY M
