While Christoph and the team ultimately did their best, not finding an accurate diagnosis and giving up our car for a week without a conclusion and $1000 is ultimately unsatisfying. There were some delays in communication at times. Lastly, when I got the car back the heat blowing was inconsistent hot and cold.
