Rich Scott is great to deal with and very professional. Unfortunately the service area was not able to find the source of the annoying noise coming from the back of the vehicle since I took delivery of it on 1/25/20. I need to schedule an appointment with the body shop to see if they can figure it out. I have been happy with my experience at Fred Beans. And generally happy with the Jeep but the unknown noise is a nuisance.
