I was quoted one price the work to be done then, when I came to pick up my vehicle the price was completely different. I was told by the service manager(Brad) he was going to look into it and get back to me Monday morning. I tried calling Monday evening and was told he was unavailable.

Was told that the damage to my car was caused by me, even though there was no other damage to the car. Was told it would be over $1,000 to repair my car, even though my personal mechanic only charged me a total of $285. Was not told there would be a charge just for them to look at my car to assess the problem, and then when they were done looking at my car they told me I owed over $200 for them to look and see what the issue was. I have only owned my car for 10 months, and I paid in full for my car. I will never purchase a car from this dealership again.

Would like to speak with Fred **** Vehicle is still not completed Totally dissatisfied with dealer and mostly collision center Vehicle has been in Fred beans dealership fir 2 months. Vehicle was driven in and broken by the collision center Requesting new vehicle Totally dissatisfied with management in all levels. Calls not returned and many lies from collision center I do not feel that vehicle if returned will operate without additional problems. You broke it and can’t fix it. We are notifying State Farm insurance so that you will be removed from one of their collision centers. Monetary payment for car payments, insurance etc will be expected. Considering an attorney!

I have only one question about the emissions test. I had the emissions done prior to my visit as I was told you could not do the test as it is a two speed idle. I received my bill to find I was charged for emissions(this was corrected at time of payment) , but the sticker that I had on the vehicle was changed and I have the paperwork for the standard test. How is this possible to test this vehicle on a standard test and have a valid sticker when it requires a different test that I was told that could not be done on site?
