I am unsatisfied because of the miscommunication there. I came in on June 5 for an oil change and a noise complaint. Jesse Brodman took care of me and we had scheduled the seat repair for June 19th. After dropping off my car for the repair I get a call from Minh giving me the same diagnosis I received 2 weeks earlier. So because the part was never ordered I had to wait an extra 5 days plus another unnecessary trip to the dealership. Minh was very nice about it but when I picked up my car I mentioned this to Jesse and his only explanation was that he wasn’t at work on the 19th. When I asked him who was at fault for the part not being ordered all he said was it wasn’t him. His reply was “Well everything’s fine now”. Like the inconvenience was no big deal. Sure, not for him it wasn’t. I never received an apology and that is just bad business. I would just like to find out who was at fault and let them know it was an unnecessary inconvenience. And an apology would be nice as well.

My tire had lost pressure to a reading of 13. I filled it at Wawa and drive it over. I was told no leaks were found. Next day it is reading at 32 while the others are still at 36, which is showing there is indeed a leak somewhere. I will have to bring it in again tomorrow morning.

It was a positive experience, but Mark seemed a bit distant & not so warm & friendly as the staff usually is.
The service & communication about it was timely, but texts at the conclusion of the work were not so responsive.
I can say I was completely satisfied. Mark gave me good counsel regarding decisions about the repair work.
But there was a shortness in his communication at the end of the process that struck me as not the norm.
