The customer service in the service departure is great but this time the mechanics took over 2 hrs and some to do an oil change n tire rotation..i didn't see anyone do any work on car while it was lifted until almost 40 minutes later.. great job to the gals in the service department and sandra c who helped out.

Very disappointed and irritated that I allowed your dealership to reschedule my appointment for a week later and parts that were supposed to be ordered and on-site were not. I traveled almost two hours twice now to you from my location. No communication between weekday and weekend staff apparently? Noone knew anything. Everything was in computer and when I call ahead of time they don't have me down for my appointment! Again my review will reflect your service departments short comings. Chris G

I dropped my car off sometime after 8am. When getting the oil changed on 4/22 the mechanic noted the CV boot needed repaired. On 5/3 I made the appointment for 5/12. If any parts where needed for this repair or further damage there was plenty of time to have them in stock. Alex was supposed to call me in the afternoon to pick up the car. He did not. I call him at 4:30 the woman in service said he would call me back in 5 minutes. He does not. I call at 4:55 and I’m told he went home. The service manager went home. They have no loaner cars to give me. I’m stranded at home with important social engagements in Palm Springs. I was going to take a Uber and present the bill to be compensated for. Instead I reluctantly cancelled. I was furious. I asked the woman in service to call Alex or the service manager at home. I wanted an explanation. She tells me no one there has their personal phone numbers. Knowing this is **** I hang up. Alex calls at 7:30 and 8am the next morning. Magically the car is repaired and ready for pick up at 8:30. How is it that you can have the car 9 hours and then have the job completed in 30 minutes the next morning? I ask Alex why he didn’t call me in the afternoon and why later he didn’t return my call. He says he doesn’t want to say he forgot, but he forgot. I don’t hear “I’m sorry” from him at all. He should of called me mid afternoon to make me aware of situation. Perhaps offer me a loaner vehicle. Instead I get nothing. What is the service manager doing? Does he not manage the repair status of every vehicle? I was so livid I intended to speak with Bobby Calloway but didn’t. I need to mention that I have always received AAA service with Sandra Coggins. And in the past the service manager was outstanding. I will never trust Alex again. If it wasn’t for Sandra providing exceptional service. I would never come back to that dealership again. And while I’m complaining. When I brought the vehicle in for the oil change Sandra price matched Palm Springs Hyundai oil change for 34.99 plus tax in front of Alex. Alex closes out the service charging me 36.95. At the time $2. was nothing to complain about. And while I’m on my soap box. Can anyone pry him out of his chair to do anything except walk you over to pay your bill? It looks bad and it makes him appear lazy. Look we all make mistakes. But not calling a customer when your supposed to and then not returning their call. Going home and leaving them stranded when you have a job where Service is what your supposed to provide. Is unacceptable!

Mr Welty went out of his way to help me and answer all my questions. He gave me a list of things that need to be done to my car and a time line in which to get them completed so my car will be safe to drive.
