I understand having this covid-19 situation makes having enough employees a problem. But waiting for 2 1/2 hours in the waiting room(even with a appointment) is way to long. If I was told verbally that it would take that long, I wouldn't have had the service done. Also, I never had anyone come up to me to le me know how I was doing or how much longer it would be. I got any message by Text message.. Really text message? What kind of customer service is that. I understand not having the staff during this time and I can even overlook not even getting my car washed, but it was me owning this business I would do whatever it takes to hold on to a customer. I have always owned Toyota's and thought I would try a hyundi.. Well this is my last hyundi. Take care.

The price of the service was significantly higher ($308) than I expected for fluid/filter change. When I reviewed the work order I understood the cost of parts added some of the increased expense. I was disappointed that the car was not washed as part of the service.
