Great customer service. Great technicians. Love the car wash with service. On the other hand, shouldn't take 2 hours from appointment time for an oil change, inspection and car wash.

Manuel was excellent. I had beentaking my Kia to palm springs kia previouly for scheduled maintenance but will now bring it to La Quinta Hyundai instead. Customer service is much better at La Quinta Hyundai than palm springs kia.

Spark plug was the code before. Other parts were replaced on prior visit instead of spark plug. When I asked I was told the spark plugs were fine. Soon after we left the check engine light was back on. Turns out it was spark plug.
