Got home and big puddle of oil under car. Sending it back down 3/4 a quart in 15mile drive. It only leaks when turbo build pressure.

I'm new to Fort Myers. Even though my Cars 2006 I have mostly had it serviced at a Volvo dealership. The guy in the parts department was never nice to me. I don't know why. I felt like other people there were not friendly couldn't smile and will not pleasant. When you people came up with an estimate for my car every price I thought was too high and I couldn't afford it. Especially the tires. I've never felt more uncomfortable. So you people will never fix my car. But thank you for asking from my opinion

I had to have a module that I replaced programmed, and called to inquire about having it done. I was told it would be an hour of labor to do the job. labor would be 170.00.
upon completion, my total went to 275.00! I was informed that there was a 76.26 fee for the "software" AFTER the job was completed, they also charged me 12.00 for shop supplies when they simply plugged in a computer to do the job...

She has always done everything possible to make sure you guys were able to work with my schedule and get my car serviced. Recently my mother passed away and I had forgotten to get my car serviced before making a long trip. She was able to get me scheduled and serviced before I was scheduled to leave.
