Everyone was extremely hospitable. The gentleman in the cubby, where the credit card machine is, was so helpful with my initial call to the service department then upon arrival Jacquie went over and above to help my servicing needs. Will be happy to return in the future.

Service manager Jose jose was very friendly and very professional pier the service on the car was taken care of with the issues at hand. The only concern I had was when I drove up they were understaffed and nobody to receive the car or attendant to greet you. I did Not know who to go to and it was a lady a service rep and she was not too friendly and she said she was busy but finally I got to the service manager Jorge and he was quite nice and made me at ease that he was going to overlook everything. He periodically came out to explain what was going on with the car during service and with some of the discover issues were in it and explained everything. I was very satisfied with Jorge
