Jacqueline Pfeiffer is an excellent customer service representative. I will continue to have my Volvo serviced at McGrath because I have faith in follow up and communication. The detail job on my car was great although I did notice a water stain on the passenger front corner of my sunroof. I will follow up with Jacqueline next week to see what can be done.
