Other than service being one hour behind time the service is great Jackie is great.

Jackie is the best of the best. If she was not there in service I would not feel comfortable taking my S60 there as I do. She is always friendly. Always calls you back or answers her line with a smile. I would hire her in a second if I was seeking the top service manager.

first we took the car early so would b thier for the appointment that was set for monday morning and they did not even touch it that day , we did not even get it back until saturday and did not even offer a rental until my wife ask for it on friday so we where with out a car for 4 days and I get it back
and today couple weeks later and it’s flashing needs cooling fluid and I added last week some and tiday agian it’s flashing needs coolant and oil
So dont think they did to good of a job at this point it seems you have sold me a lemon car because you cant fix it right

I got one tire fixed & I asked for a car. I was not offered one. But I also sat there all afternoon and missed work. There was no urgency. I appreciated the work accessing my tire warranty but even that wasn't done until after 5pm. It was just poor customer service.

Jackie is the best of the best. We know her since 1998. This is the amount of time we have owned Volvos and have had them serviced by Jackie Pfeiffer in Fort Myers Florida. Jackie is only one reason we are loyal to Volvo. Volvo is a high quality reliable automobile. Safe too!

Drivers seat was dirty. Something dusty greasy left on it in several places.
2 black pieces that look to be covers for fuse box or something left on the floor of the passenger seat.
Car was covered in some kind of sap that my husband had to scrub off the windshield which probably happened from where it was parked.
A/c works so I guess I can say that was positive.

Gene Williams went above and beyond today. I had a message service message that my tires needed air. I panicked and headed Volvo. I always get the best service from Jackie, Jace and now Gene. Gene said sure he would get air in my tires, but took the extra 1 minute to notice I had a slow leak due to nail in my tire. This 70 year old granny is so happy I did not end up stranded with a flat tire. Your service department team always gives great service and they truly care for your customers.Thank you Gene ! First of all, I had to explain to the service writer what McGrath advantage was and I had lease match and the 1st oil change was free.
The trucks set outside for an hour and 15 minutes (after I said something). It is not like I just drove it. It had a It is not like I just drove it. It had an appointment.
Granted, they cleaned it and armor all it. I was still very disappointed at the way the oil change went.
