I made an appointment to have a tire repaired for 2pm. At 3:30 I saw my car still sitting outside and inquired about it. They promptly brought it in, and 20 minutes later tried to return it to me saying “nothing was wrong”. I rejected the return having filled an empty tire an hour earlier. They took the car back and found a nail in the right rear tire. I took me 3 hours and two attempts to repair a simple nail in my tire. This was my first service with McGrath. I was not impressed and will consider driving to Naples for future service unless I find out that it is the same company.
