When we got our car back, there is an area on the front dash where the material had separated, leaving a white line visible from 10 feet away. The service rep tried to tell me that this did not happen during their service. The way our car is parked in the garage. He would see this area daily and up until the time it was taken in for service. No such defect was visible. in addition, the part was supposed to be ordered for the trailer hitch cover and put on the vehicle at the service call. Although I made a special effort to call the service department to order this piece but it was not done. Passed service from Volvo has been Impeccable. Unfortunately, I did not follow through with this call.

Arrived at 12:50 for my 1:00 appointment. Jackie was professional and friendly. At 2:10, Jackie informed me I needed spark plugs. At 3:25 I was told the work was completed and the Volvo was being washed. The vehicle was returned to me at 3:49. I was at the dealership for THREE hours to change spark plugs, not acceptable. I am planning to buy a new vehicle next winter and it will not be a Volvo, terrible service. My wife and I have leased and owned four Volvos and never had such poor service.
