So I bought a used 2018 jeep and before signing anything we talked about the tire sensor system was messed up. I left it there for a few days so the ceramic coating could be done, gas cap fixed, and the tire system. I was told on Tuesday it was ready and I asked that everything was done. I was told yes but would make sure. So I get a call back saying the gas cap and ceramic was done but the tire sensors needed new batteries but it was cheap. I said well fix it if it’s cheap not sure why that mattered as I was told it was going to be fixed. Later I get told that it’s not in the dealers budget to fix them and I would have to pay for it. At this point I was annoyed as I buy a vehicle and get told the dealership won’t pay for it. I said whatever just fix them as I didn’t want to take a vehicle to another shop to fix them. So they do and charged me only for the sensors. Today I was looking over the vehicle and find that they only but 4 of the 5 lug nuts back on the back rear tire. Now I’m extremely ticked. How do you forget to put all the lug nuts on. Not only ridiculous but extremely dangerous. I messaged the sales person and haven’t heard anything back. I have bought a lot of vehicles and this is the worst service I’ve ever had. The salesman was great and have nothing against him as he doesn’t make the rules. Also when I go and pick it up it was in E so I had to fill it with gas also. I sure hope this was a fluke and don’ doesn’t happen all the time. I don’t live around here but if I did I would not be a return buyer.

Jace was great, and once I was at Volvo, the service was very good. However, I called 5 times to the service department, as I blew a tire while driving, needing help and needed to see if they had my tire and could get me in. I kept getting transferred to the service department and left messages x5. On the 6 th call I told the person who answered my problem and he sent me to the parts department who was able to confirm they had my tire and checked to see if they could accommodate me today. They were able to take me and he told me to come in and ask for Jace. Smooth sailing after that, it very frustrating before.
