Herbert Valdez was absolutely wonderful! I had an 11:30 appointment and my checkout time was 4:23. It is a long time to be waiting without your car, sitting in full view and not even being taken back for a while. I had the same experience with initial diagnostic. It was not even taken back until close to 10:00 even though my appointment was at 8:00. Once back it was a few minutes on the diagnostic. This is not Herbert’s fault but is a service issue in terms of not enough technicians? too many appointments scheduled? I’m not sure. Please consider this feedback. I recently moved from CO and Volvo service was never an issue for me!
