Bought the car in June. Check engine light and AC issue I was told would be taken care of before I took delivery. Service sept had it for 2 months. When I finally got it the AC still wasn’t fixed and a rumbling noise was coming from rear. Service took another week to look at it and was then told it needed a new compressor to fix AC issue and rumbling was a wheel hub. They said they would have to order the parts and would call me to bring the vehicle back in. It’s been a month since then. I’ve called and left 4-5 messages. Actually spoke to someone one time and was told someone would find out an update on parts and call me later that day. No one called. So living in Florida, I have been driving around in a car a just purchased with no or little AC for a whole month. This is by far the worst car purchase experience I have ever had. I was sold a lemon with clearly a bunch of issues (even though I was told it went through a vigorous used car inspection etc before offered for sale), the only reason I agreed to purchase was that these issues would be taken care of. That was June. It’s not October and I still haven’t had the original AC issue fixed. 4 months!!! Not to mention again that I spent thousands of dollars on an extended warranty for the vehicle and yet so far I didn’t have the car for the first 2 months, waiting on parts to fix one issue for another month. So 3 months out of my 12 month warranty wasted and issues not fixed. I might as well get a refund as apparently it takes 4 months to fix something anyway. Meanwhile I can order a compressor for my vehicle online today and have it here in 2 days. Makes zero sense!!! I have half a mind to dump the vehicle at your dealership door and hand back the keys at this point!
