The airfilter was not cleaned- I believe this was to be part of the works package.
Also, while there the other service representative (not Scott) was unprofessional. He was yelling/cursing at the service tech with a room full of customers. While he yelled in the shop, it could be heard in the waiting room. This didn't directly effect me but gave a negative experience.
