I brought my truck in for the works oil change for 49.95. It says on the promotion 6 quarts of oil and oil filter included. The service writer said that didn’t include my filter. I have checked with other dealerships and they say that the works includes the filter and should’ve only been 49.95 plus tax. I’ve checked my receipts and this is not the first time I’ve been charged over the amount I thought it was supposed to cost.
