Appointment at 3pm. 1 bay open. Took about 15 minutes to get in bay and then another 15 minutes for him to start. Don't understand why that happened. On top of that it took him about 30 minutes to rotate tires and change the oil. I could have done that in less time and I don't have a lift. Very unsatisfactory. Will not be coming back. Definitely not quick at all

I had an appointment at 830 am for an oil change, tire rotation. This was my first experience here and my first oil change on my new Ranger. After 90 minutes of waiting Scott explained my truck was almost done just waiting on the oil. He said very rarely so they get requests for full synthetic oil so they don’t keep it in stock, he had orders it when I arrived and the delivery person still had not shown up. This is my 4th Ford truck since 2008 and I have ALWAYS used full synthetic, always at Ford dealerships. Scott was very apologetic and did not charge me for my almost 2 hour oil change. Not a good first impression for a first time Quicklane user at Buckeye Ford.
