I had an appointment at 10:00 am. On 4/6/2021.I dropped it off and went to breakfast with my wife. Returned a 11:30 am. and they had not yet started with the oil change. At 11:45 it was pulled in and was finished at 1:00 pm. There was only one tech on duty at the time. I realize help is hard to find these days but it shouldn’t take 3 hours for an oil change. I have been a loyal customer at Buckeye Ford for 20 years. I’m not blaming the kid that did the service on my truck, he did a great job but for the price I paid ($64+) the service should be better.
