I was satisfied with Luis ****services, but I was not satisfied with the issue my truck had. I had to paid for a service that was supposed to included in the guarantee. The truck was sold to me with a part that was not Ford guarantee. I’m also was not satisfied with because they were not able to find the problem of the rattle noise the truck was doing and nothing was done regarding that.
