Took a week to get car back replacing one part. I'm was told I have an oil leak but the dealership was too busy to fix the issue.

Took in my Ford Explorer to fix 3 recalls and they were able to finish all 3 in a day witch was great . Everything went well from my arrival to time to pick up my car . Only disappointment was when I asked to get a quote on a ceiling vent that I was missing on the back. Dealer wanted to charge $170 just for that one part that just needs to be clipped on. Personally I think it’s to expensive for a small Piece. Other than that everything else was fine.
