Spare tire wasn’t placed properly and was still loose had to pull over personally to tighten tire back. Wait time was longer then expected.

They Scratched the inside dash of my car on the outside of where I keep my registration info. It also appears that they switched my clutch handle with a different one. I told the guy who helped me I rarely drive my car and everything inside was in great condition. Its a shelbygt350 black with the line in the middle. That might be the reason they didn't want to give me my paperwork before I left. I bought 2 cars from you guys, referred someone and I was just approved for 87000 from ford and I really was thinking of getting a gt500 with you guys but this is the thanks I get.. but You guys really gave me a car I liked and appreciate it. The maintenance was good and so was Servando, I was just very surprised that the oil change price had increased so much. I think $6.50 is a high price for a quart of oil. I have been having my service done at Central Ford since you became central Ford.
