There was a recall on the software and a had brought in a class action lawsuit postcard that was sent to me I'm stating that I would just need to bring in my car to the dealer and they would update the software at no cost and dissent the department that does the repairs denied me that service and they refuse to update the service I also had a suspension issue where my car is lopsided and that was completely ignored when I brought the car in. Had also brought the car in for an electrical problem because the car completely shut off and the battery drained and not even one month later I had to bring in the car again for another electrical issue and I was charged again for it
