I did work graveyard shift I explained to attendant as I asked how long it will take as he said couple hours I declined my ride home from my wife as I prefer wait but instead it took 71/2 hrs to I received my car back. Another thing they use my extended warranty instead 100.000 miles warranty and charges $100.00 deduction as I’m ok if my car were over 100.000. Miles, I was tired and frustrated till now as I sleep 2 hours and went to work back . The work done was good and please tell the technician thank you from me as work was very clean. and professional . Last time it took 4 hours for oil change . So that was my second time probably the last one as I’m not happy at all.
