Great service from Andrew with speed and accuracy. Valet didn’t know how to drive my car (manual transmission) but at least he was honest to let me know and didn’t screw up the transmission trying to drive it over to me. Maybe valets need training on manual transmission vehicles.

The service was terrible I had to wait almost a week for them to replace the battery. They never offered me a rental. The guy was rude to me. I'm paying for a new car that I couldn't even drive because the battery wasn't working. I had to go twice for them to fix it the first time I went the guy didnt believe me and said I probably wasn't closing the door properly. The second time they said it would be ready in a few hours and it took 5 days for it to be ready. As a first time car buyer I would never buy a new car again. I wasted so much time and gas going back and forth just to get the battery replaced. I'm so frustrated, annoyed and disappointed.

When I brought my car in for a simple Bluetooth fixed, it turns out the engineer said I have to have the whole radio replaced. So I brought my car back the following week and left it there for around 5 hours. However, it turn out that the parts were incorrect, so I was told that the right part will be ordered and I would be given a call. It’s been a week now and have not gotten a called back. I am still patiently waiting. Thank you for your concern.
